Places to Eat
Breakfast: Rick's Iron Skillet, Razor's Edge
Lunch/Dinner: Pesto Cafe, Cafe Rue Orleans, Herman's, Doe's, Wasabi, Hog Haus (for the brewed beer, stick to wings for a safe meal), Hugo's, Tim's Pizza, Lucky Luke's, Mojo's Pints & Pies, Foghorns
Dickson Street-- Where you wanna be when you're not tailgating or at the game.
Bar Breakdown:
West End & Z330- These are your "greek" bars, hang out here if like hot sorority chicks and/or if you're in a fraternity. Stay away if you hate fraternity dudes.
Green Room- Great for some pool and chiefin' cigs
Shots- Fun bar with unique shots (i.e. liquid cocaine) that come in ice shot glasses that you break on the floor or wall when you're done.
21st Amendment- A bit low key inside, a lot of graduate students.
Dickson St. Pub- Beer towers on the roof are what's up.
Grubb's- Pretty standard sports bar here, good drink specials and a mixed bag as far as the crowd is concerned.
Roger's Rec- Stay away unless you want to get stabbed for being an unfamiliar face.
Fix- If you like ecstasy
Ferrell's Lounge- Really cool sports bar with pool and shuffle board. Pricy beer though.
Kingfish- Heddy crowd with good music and beer prices.
