Ran across this quote from an interview he recently gave with regards to Mizzou and A&M moving to the SEC:
"Texas A&M's [decision to leave the Big 12] was emotional. They left because of Texas. I don't know why Missouri did it ? some of that was involved for Missouri. Both of them are probably going to regret their move. They're probably going to get their ass kicked so bad the next couple of years they're gonna wish the hell they were back playing Iowa [State] and Kansas State and Kansas…and all the schools that are here."

Its like he's trying to insult the schools but winds up bashing the Big 12 in the process.

It is kind of a double edged sword there Switzer is brandishing. Missouri sucks, but should have stayed in the sucky conference where they suck far less than the really sucky teams we have here. Surprised so many are so hurt over these departures. 4 freaking teams have left that sinking ship.

Yet Barry Switzer is remembered for his tenure with the Cowboys. Someone forgot to remind him that guns are not allowed on airplanes. Does he think that A&M, Mizzou, and the rest of the SEC could really care about what he has to say. If Oklahoma had any guts. They would have also joined the best Conference in Div 1 football.

It's just kind of ironic that he is trying to bash the teams leaving, and in doing so also bashes the conference he's trying to stand up for.
