Went to Mizzou fan day yesterday, got to mingle with some players and coaches. Our starting QB James Franklin is said to be 100% recovered from a shoulder injury this past spring. Other than that, today was the first day in full pads at Mizzou. So glad practice has started!

GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- Florida has only practiced for three days, and the Gators have yet to be in full pads, but coach Will Muschamp has been impressed with his veteran players.
They have picked up right where they left off from spring practice and that has the Gators ahead of schedule.
ESPN's GatorNation
GatorNation Join the discussion about all things Florida football and recruiting exclusively for GatorNation fans in The Chompions Club Insider "I do want to compliment our players on the retention from the spring," Muschamp said Monday. "It was very evident in our first three days on both sides of the ball that our retention is high from spring, which credits our players and the job they did this summer. We are far ahead -- after three practices, mind you -- of where we thought we would be at this point on both sides of the ball."
But especially on offense, where the Gators have had to learn a new system under coordinator Brent Pease, who was hired in January from Boise State. The offense features much more motions and shifts than what Charlie Weis used, and while that’s designed to create confusion for the defense, it’s a bit confusing for the offensive players to pick up, too.
But there have been few problems in the first three days.
"We teach everything by concepts on both sides of the ball," Muschamp said. "So what you draw on the board may look good and may be what we described, but all the sudden the coverage rotates a different way and you have to adjust the route based on coverage. When you start to see those things happening and the coaches aren't having to coach it after every single play, that's when you know we're starting to get a pretty good grasp and understanding of what we're trying to do.
"That's what I see."
Florida will be in full pads for the first time on Tuesday and will scrimmage on Saturday, so that will be an even better test of how much the players have retained.

DGB is said to be the real deal, and is humble as hell like expected. He runs to practice every day. Does not have a big head and is working his way up the depth chart. They had a race the other day one of DGB vs Moe and then DGB vs Leftwich (who broker Harvin's Nike combine 40 time) Leftwich barely beat DGB the first go around. They had a rematch and DGB smoked him, Moe said DGB was the fastest person he has ever seen.

You act as if only slow and fat players play in the Big 12. For the reading comprehension impaired members of this room (mainly just you) Leftwich broke Harvins Nike Combine 40 time record as a SR in high school. Last time I checked Harvin ran wild in the SEC including especially all over your bacon farm. Leftwich faster than Harvin, DGB faster than both. But that is right, you did not want him anyway. Typical butt hurt pig like response.

Who the f*** is Leftwich? Surely not making headlines to be a Percy Harvin caliber type college player. 4. I wanted DGB, never said I didn't. 5. You're the one who comes off butt hurt, trust me.

LOL try harder. If you want to say that when comparing the top teams in each conference. Then you have a point. But if you want to say that when comparing middle of the road conference teams like and Arky, TAMU and MU. Your point is 100% invalid.
