It is definitely an arms race here in the SEC. I hear that both Mizzou and Ole Miss have plans for big stadium and facility improvements coming up. Here's the photos I've found so far, does anyone have anything more recent? Mizzou:  Ole Miss:  |

The Faurot Field expansion should be announced any time now. It will take our capacity from 71,000 to about 83,000. The Ole Miss proposed renovations look pretty sweet too. You are right though, it is definitely an arms race and you have to compete with the Bamas, LSU's and Florida's of the world when it comes to facilities.

Pretty tame compared to these renovations: Too bad that was like 11 years ago. Bringing the capacity of your stadium from a paltry 52,000 up to exactly the same seating capacity that we enjoy today (71,000). |

That is what we have seen mentioned at MU. This has not been, but I would not oppose this going in where the hill is at.  Have those sitting in the M be required to wear gold shirts, and those around it where black shirts. Something like the Antlers in the M and the Zou Crew around the M. |

I like where your going with that boomerang. I think the hill and the rock M might remain but possibly bringing some permanent seating in that endzone as well which would look much better I think.
